Ok, 
Strange though, I can build with the build.xml but in Eclipse
org.apache.axis.utils.bytecode.BCEL.java does not build because it cannot
find org.apache.bcel.classfile package?  Do you know where it is?

QName was moved from javax.xml.rpc.namespace to javax.xml.namespace. Please
make sure you do a
full checkout that will create new directories....
