Yes, we've got to change the mapping of Date to xsd:dateTime.  There's a 
roundtripping problem with it, but at the moment we can't do anything about it. 

Both Date and Calendar map to xsd:dateTime, but when going back to Java, 
xsd:dateTime maps to Calendar.  So if we start with Date, generate WSDL, then 
generate Java from that WSDL, we end up with Calendar.  Not good.

Irregardless, the spec is now concrete, so we must follow the spec.
