Date serialization/deserialization

           Summary: Date serialization/deserialization
           Product: Axis
           Version: current (nightly)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Serialization/Deserialization
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: milan.duriancik@leuville.com

A date before serialization is not equal to the date deserialized (the time is
lost).

A consequence: when using time zones other than GMT the date may change after
serialization and deserialization (-1 day when using CEST).

I.M.H.O. java.util.Date should be serialized as xsd:dateTime. (this is required by
jaxrpc 1.0 )
