constructor of bean should be public

Summary: constructor of bean should be public
           Product: Axis
           Version: beta-2
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Serialization/Deserialization
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: swesten@informatica.com

As a newcomer to Axis i experimented with the automatic bean serialization. I
had forgotten to create a constructor that was public. (and no parameters)

Of course stupid of me, however the error i got was a null-pointer and that a
bean field could not be assigned/converted. This gives the wrong indication of
what's wrong. (i thought the bean was already created otherwise an assignment
error could not occur)
