Also, currently the ServletEngineConfigurationFactory only looks in /WEB-INF for the server-config.wsdd file. This is cool if you only have one instance of Axis deployed to a server. However, there may be instances where you actually have multiple instances deployed that you want to use to same configuration. Or, it may be that an administrator may want to store server-config.wsdd files in a different location altogether. It would be nice to have an init param on the Axis servlet that would allow the administrator to set an alternative location for the server-config.wsdd file.
