Well...  I have no problems compiling to WEB-INF/jws-classes by default,
but could this be configurable?  The WebSphere tooling restricts write
access to WEB-INF, so we'd like to be able to redirect any output going to
that directory.

Right now, JWS files compile to the root directory of the webapp.  This is
bad news, in that people can get the *.class files very easily.

Any objections to making JWS files compile into WEB-INF/jws-classes or
something similar under WEB-INF?
