Subject Axis interop problems
Date Mon, 28 Jan 2002 05:33:57 GMT
I noticed that current Axis interop chart is a horrible red color ![1]
taking a look at a couple of wire dumps, i can see some SOAP 1.2 stuff
in the messages, which is probably causing the problem. e.g.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope
SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://www.w3.org/2001/06/soap-encoding"
xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
 <SOAP-ENV:Body>
  <ns1:echoStringArray xmlns:ns1="http://soapinterop.org/">
   <inputStringArray href="#id0"/>
  </ns1:echoStringArray>
  <multiRef id="id0" SOAP-ENC:root="0" xsi:type="SOAP-ENC:Array"
SOAP-ENC:arrayType="SOAP-ENC:string[2]"
xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://www.w3.org/2001/06/soap-encoding">
   <item xsi:type="SOAP-ENC:string">abc</item>
   <item xsi:type="SOAP-ENC:string">def</item>
  </multiRef>
 </SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

This is using a SOAP 1.1 envelope with the soap 1.2 encoding URI's.
The string types have also ended up as SOAP-ENC:string, which
certainly doesn't exist in SOAP 1.1, and i don't think exists in SOAP
1.2 [there's an element def for SOAP-ENC:string, but i don't think
there's a type definition]

Cheers
Simon
