Subject Java2Wsdl problem with empty package name
Date Thu, 06 Dec 2001 17:50:38 GMT
I'm trying to generate WSDL from a java class without package name.
I get the following exception:

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
at java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1503)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Types.getTypeQName(Types.java:208)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Types.writeTypeNamespace(Types.java:171)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Types.writeTypeAsElement(Types.java:157)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Types.writePartType(Types.java:147)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Emitter.writePartToMessage(Emitter.java:573)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Emitter.writeRequestMessage(Emitter.java:534)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Emitter.writeMessages(Emitter.java:444)
at org.apache.axis.wsdlgen.Emitter.writePortType(Emitter.java:425)

I think it is a minor bug. It seems to work fine if I force an empty String
for the
package name when no package is defined in the full class name.

I'm using an alpha3 build.
