The problem of associating attributes to Java code is exactly the one that
the developers of the Bean specifications faced.  Their solution was to
adopt naming conventions as a simple solution, and to look for a second java
class as a more complete solution.

We could do similarly here...And chose between XML or Java as the format of
the "more complete" solution.

Example of the "simple" solution: if your class has a method named
"getWebServices", it will be called in order to determine which methods are
to be made available.

P.S.  I'm not thrilled with the idea of a preprocessor.  Invalidates the
usage of a large number of development tools, for starters.
