I have already put an implementation of encoder/decoder for SOAP-ENC
into the CVS repository.  It is capable of encoding/decoding arbitrary
Java objects altough there are some limitations belong to Java,
e.g. it cannot serialize private members.

Please take a look at the following folder in CVS.
   xml-axis/java/prototype/TRL_Proposal/org/apache/axis/rpc

Also, the following document might help you to understand the source
code.
