Log:
Use SNAPSHOT versions of the mar and aar plugins because usage of the 1.5.1 versions results
in corruption of the local Maven repository (when starting the build with a local repository
that does not contain all the dependencies of the plugins yet). See the comment inside the
POM for more details.
