hi,
You need to specify the tcpmon listen port and target port appropriately.
Try this.
Start axis_server in port 9099 (./axis2_http_server -p 9099)
Start tcp_mon listening on port 9090 and targeting 9099 (./tcpmon -lp 9090
-tp 9099)
