Thanks, but I just took the two most recent tarballs for c++ and java.
In any case, if it is just a generator bug I'm happy for now. I can't believe I hand
generated ( no ant or build tool ) 3 dll's  under cygwin and got a program that seems to run-
the calculator
example hit my echo program with credible xml ( I didn't try to build the mock server,
I have listeners for basic stuff). 

As long as I know that these are just little items I think I will push through to
a proof of concept app and then go back and repeat everything more cleanly.
I can fix the generated code as long as I have some idea what I'm doing.
