Nop. The tool seeks the AXIS2_HOME. i.e. Axis2/Java. One easy way to get 
this done is to download(http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download.cgi) the 
snapshot, and set AXIS2_HOME to it.(if you haven't already have 
downloaded and build Axis2/Java).
