Yes, and all the deps are met, first thing I tried ;-). I utterly baffled, I
am writing a little test harness to ensure that a loadlibrary will succeed,
I'm sure it will but it never hurts to check

Can you load the mod_axis2.dll into the dependency walker (Visual
Studio Tools) and see if all dependent libraries are loadable?
