hi,

Check whether you have the axiscpp.conf in the specified path.

Also look for the following:

Check whether the following dll's are in your system
path.
- AxisXMLParser.dll
- AxisTransport.dll
- AxisServer.dll
- xerces-c_2_2_0.dll

Check whether you have done this:
6. Add [Axis_Folder]/lib to the PATH environment variable.
