In Apache 2 module ...

    req_rec->content_type = (M_POST == req_rec->method_number) ?
  "text/xml" : "text/html";

In Apache 1.3 module ...

    req_rec->content_type = "text/xml";

so Apache 2 should work correctly and since Chris is working with 1.3.22 he
will get "text/xml". I checked and this is so with 1.3. I think we simply
need to replace the line of 1.3 with 2.
