Thanks, Samisa. I'll try do this.

But what I have done yesterday to fix problem.
1) libwww was builded with: ./configure --with-expat .... make, make install
2) sh autogen.sh in $AXISCPP_HOME
3) ./configure in $AXISCPP_HOME
4) step number 1 don't help me, error during make :(
5) edit file $AXISCPP_HOME/rsc/transport/libwww/LibWWWTransport.cpp:
string 301: 
HTRequest_setMethod(m_pRequest, (HTMethod)0x20000/*METHOD_EXT_0*/);
string 419:
HTMethod_setExtensionMethod((HTMethod)0x20000 /*METHOD_EXT_0*/, "POST", NO);
6) make == OK
7) make install == OK

It's looks like enum HTMethod is unavailable from file LibWWWTransport.cpp
