A quick fix for this would be to change -DHT_EXT_CONTINUE to -UHT_EXT_CONTINUE in
/usr/local/axiscpp/src/transport/libwww/Makefile.am. (however the client will be a bit slow)

If you have a loo at /usr/local/axiscpp/src/transport/libwww/readme.txt you can understand
why
this error is comming. (You got to configure LibWWW build with ./configure --with-expat=no
to
enable the use of `METHOD_EXT_0' in Axis C++ source.)

If you enable the extentions in LibWWW build then the Axis C++ client would be faster.
