Try this command ;

Java -classpath .\wsdl2ws.jar;%classpath%
org.apache.axis.wsdl.wsdl2ws.WSDL2Ws Calculator.wsdl
-o./ServerOut -lc++
-sserver

Wsdl2ws.jar should be placed before the other jars in
the classpath.
