try putting try/catch block around the code in main() routine.   Something 
like:

      try
        {
        }
       catch( AxisException &e)
        {
            cout << "Exception : " << e.what() << endl;
        }
        catch(...)
        {
            cout << "Unknown Exception occured." << endl;
        }
