Hi Frank,

I thought we have added this properly. You are expected not to use (int) and there is a constant
to be used as the format specifier, AXIS2_PRINTF_INT64_FORMAT_SPECIFIER which should be used
instead of "%ld". This takes into consideration, your platform, and also the type of processor
on your system, so that we properly interpret the value. I hope you see no issues with uint64.
