In addition to changing the prefix,  AXIS2_CALL , AXIS2_EXTERN, AXIS2_IMPORT etc should be
changed to corresponding project's prefix. This is required not only for consistancy, but
also when exporting and importing functions from dlls  on windows , this is necessary.
