Tried deleting g_traceEntrypoints in destructor as well as from within terminate() using code
shown below, but with no luck :(

#ifdef AXISTRACE_LIBRARY
          delete g_traceEntrypoints;
          g_traceEntrypoints = NULL;
#endif
