1. If we are not going to have the C support for 1.5 can we justify to call
it 1.5? How about 1.4.1?

2. Is it ok with the developers with regards to their clients that the
"upcoming release" go out without C support?

3. Mark, is it possible for you to judge how long it might take for your to
do the C support? So that it helps us in planning ahead.
