Samisa Abeysinghe resolved AXISCPP-176:
---------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

The support for connection related HTTP headers was implemented and is in CVS.
Differences between HTTP/1.0 and HTTP/1.1 was taken into account when implementing this.
The implementation was tedted with HTTP/1.1 'Connection: close' case.
'Connection : Keep-Alive' headder support is also implemented, but could not find a practical
test case to test this.
