Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: AXISCPP-9
    Summary: If no newline in axiscpp.conf apache won't start
       Type: Bug

     Status: Closed
 Resolution: FIXED

    Project: Axis-C++
 Components:
             Deployment / Registries
   Versions:
             current (nightly)

   Assignee:
   Reporter: sanjaya singharage

    Created: Thu, 23 Oct 2003 8:37 AM

Environment: Operating System: Windows NT/2K
Platform: PC

Description:
If there is no newline after the last line in axiscpp.conf the apache module
will not load and apache will not start.

The problem was traced to AxisConfig.cpp in the method
int AxisConfig::ReadConfFile().

If the piece of code..

        while(line[k] != '\n')
        {
            value[j]=line[k];
            k += 1;
            j += 1;

        }

is replaced with..
        while(line[k] != '\n' && line[k]!='\0')
        {
            value[j]=line[k];
            k += 1;
            j += 1;

        }

The problems seems to be solved.
