Here is an overview of the issue:
        Key: AXISCPP-60
    Summary: AxisConfig Memory leaks - patch
       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Critical

    Project: Axis-C++
             Deployment / Registries
             1.1 Final

   Reporter: Sevwandi Abeysinghe

    Created: Mon, 26 Apr 2004 12:36 AM
    Updated: Mon, 26 Apr 2004 12:39 AM
Environment: All platforms

If I am to detail a bit about this patch...
    One C++ best practice is to match malloc() with free() and new with delete. Please do
not mix malloc() and delete.
    In AxisConfig.cpp, the opened file is never closed. Also the variable 'key' is malloc()ed
but never freed.

The patch fix those problems.
