Schema s1 = new Schema.Parser().parse("{\"type\":\"string\"}");

This allows more advanced parsing if one parse depends on the schemas
defined in a prior one:

Schema.Parser p = new Schema.Parser();
Schema fixed = 
  p.parse("{\"type\": \"fixed\", \"size\": 16, \"name\":\"md5\"}");
Schema union = 
  p.parse("[\"null\", \"string\", \"md5\"]");
