    Overwrite default dependencies

CircleCI infers dependencies based on project. In our case we don't need
to set up java environment since we work only with ruby

    Bump to 1.9.2

Avro replaces -SNAPSHOT with .pre1 for publishing development versions
and there is no clear way how to publish production versions from CI.
