    Added ability to encode and decode byte arrays in Base64.

    Please review this patch.
    It changes nothing for old client code, just adds ability to produce JsonEncoder and JsonDecoder
which encode and decode byte arrays with Base64.
    Written tests to cover those changes.


You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/nocs00/avro branch-1.8
