Niels Basjes updated AVRO-1838:
-------------------------------
    Description:
Followup of AVRO-1828
We want to make sure the code stays as clean as possible by ensuring that Checkstyle fails
the build if they are present.

The checkstyle maven module describes how to do this in a multi module project (like avro):
https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-checkstyle-plugin/examples/multi-module-config.html
