Here's a new patch. This one adds a paragraph talking about the defaults. I think the full
settings should be shown here because this is the page that shows up when you Google "avro
pom.xml". Others may have different configurations and want to see how to configure the avro-maven-plugin
quickly.

They should be generated to the target/ directory. Having files go to the src/ directory means
they are not cleaned during a mvn clean. Guess who has two thumbs and ran into this issue?
