Submitted patch.

Implemented methods
GenericDatum& fieldAt(const std::string& name)
const GenericDatum& fieldAt(const std::string& name) const
for GenericRecord to get fields by their names.

Implemented method  
std::string getName() const 
for GenericDatum to get the field name of this datum.
