Subject [jira] Updated: (AVRO-244) Updating gitignore for ivy jar
Date Tue, 01 Dec 2009 23:55:20 GMT

Doug Cutting updated AVRO-244:
------------------------------

    Status: Open (was: Patch Available)

In subversion this is ignored via a property on lib, rather than on the top-level directory.
We should generally align .gitignore entries and svn:ignore properties. The command 'git-svn
create-ignore' is meant to do this. Does that work for you?

> The ivy jar was showing up in "git status", but it's an expected build artifiact, so
can be .gitignore'd.
