Okay. We had to delete these jars because keeping them in CVS is against 
Apaches policy - I will fix up the build so it does not fail if they are

eek. I fixed this. You should be able to run the scripts regardless of what 
your current working directory is. I haven't tested the windows script but it 
*should* work ;)
