AFAIK this was not due to concerns about Metro but due to a number of other high priority issues before the board at the moment and some logistical issues in having all interested board members present for the vote. In other words, we'll just have to be patient a little bit longer. :) In the meantime there are a number of things we can be working on in preparation for the new TLP. Here are some items off the top of my head: 1. Further work out details for Avalon Post-Metro. 2. Start separating out SVN and JIRA. 3. Prepare sites for both Avalon and Metro. and of course, continue existing development. One large effort for the metro team will be handling the code transition between Merlin and Metro. Are you going to change package names? What tools will users need to handle the upgrade? and so on. Anyway, there's plenty to do. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscribe@avalon.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-help@avalon.apache.org
