Nope - it is not yet released.

Basically thats it. I also have a bunch of slides, configuration stuff and 
examples he has sent me. I like the look of it and basically I figure his 
stuff is bound to be of high quality and performance oriented. Basically all 
the other ones at the time were not really designed for fine grained 
interception and sucked performance wise. From his description his toolkit 
did not suffer this limitation.

Haven't had a chance to look at it at all. Will try to in the future - feel 
free to add it to the issue so we don't forget to look at it in the future.
