DefaultConfigurationSerializer doesn't close output stream after serializing

           Summary: DefaultConfigurationSerializer doesn't close output
                    stream after serializing
           Product: Avalon
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Framework
        AssignedTo: avalon-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: akhounov@fzi.de

In the class
org.apache.avalon.framework.configuration.DefaultConfigurationSerializer
the "serializeToFile(File file)" method doesn't close output stream after
serialization. It means that after serialization the file is blocked.
The workaround is to use "serialize(OutputStream stream, Configuration conf)"
instead and close the stream manually.
