I would like to nominate Neeme Praks as a committer, and official maintainer
of the XML i18n bundle in scratchpad.  He sent me a bunch of updates, that I
may have to get to tomorrow.

His code is thoroughly tested and used in production.  He is willing, and he
understands it well.

His patches brought up a number of issues that should be addressed post release.

well, support means:
1. helping users + adding new features on request
2. bug fixing
right?

Considering that Avalon has minimal number of users currently, the first is
not really an issue.
And, considering that the more bugs found (i.e. less bugs in code) and that
I have been throughly testing it myself already, the second should not be an
issue either.

So, I would agree.
