Hi,

in Sevlak, there is a build problem that prevents that one can create 
the jar file. Although the build task phoenix-xdoclet uses the "old" 
build task org.apache.avalon.phoenix.tools.xdoclet.PhoenixXDoclet one 
gets these very strange error messages (see attached below). The jars 
that the task complains about are in the classpath in ../common/lib/ anyhow.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a distribution of Sevlak or why the heck is 
this in avalon-apps? I mean this is probably one of the most important 
components!
There is currently no distribution for any avalon app except demo. I 
mean I don't really want to build it I just want to use it, so a 
distribution from someone that knows this doclet stuff would be fine for 
many probably.
