I agree that Docker might be our best bet, as our next logical step is in figuring out a way
to stand up nightly builds and a Yum repo to contain them.  To do so we'll want to establish
a base Docker image with the necessary BuildRequires for each supported platform (EL 6/7,
F19/20/21) and then write a script that'll run through the RPM build procedure and copy the
resulting RPMs to some persistent storage, where we can then regenerate the Yum metadata.
