I know that was my suggestion when I filed the ticket, however in retrospect I'm not sure
it's the best approach. It's entirely possible for a task to not have an instance 0 (e.g.
if it was explicitly killed). I'd recommend finding the available instances and picking one
(either randomly or the lowest or whatever).
