Actually, this would be done independently of AURORA-118 (though i'd like to keep the issue
link since they are in a similar vein).  The code in question here lives at https://github.com/apache/incubator-aurora/blob/master/src/main/java/org/apache/aurora/scheduler/thrift/aop/ThriftStatsExporterInterceptor.java
