Subject [jira] [Commented] (AURORA-278) Review Incubator release check list
Date Thu, 27 Mar 2014 03:37:14 GMT

Jake Farrell commented on AURORA-278:

Working on AURORA-78 right now which will automate the creation of the release source dist.
For any binary distributions I think that we should look at automate them after the first
release candidate has been created. I'll create tickets to track the binary dist creation

> Each Apache release must contain a source package. This package may not contain compiled
components (such as "jar" files) because compiled components are not open source, even if
they were built from open source.
