    The Health Check is succeeding when the .healthchecksnooze is present. But it should just
snooze which means there shouldn't be any increase in consecutive successes or consecutive
failures. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/sanofi2104/aurora hotfix/health_checker_snooze-fix

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/aurora/pull/23.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
