Reopening.
Confirmed je-7.4.5.tar contains an ASF 2.0 license (not gnu)
Had opened db-6.2.32 (native) initially and not noticed the duplicate file names in editor -- this native code version is licensed under gnu
Reopening to propose addition to source tree & will create patch
