+1 (non-binding)

  - Downloaded the source tar and verified signatures
  - Verified the sources build successfully
  - Installed the software and did sanity testing

Verified the release as follows:

* MD5 / SHA1 checksums match
* Commit ID is correct, tag is correct
* No jar, zip, tar, tgz files included in source tarball
* Builds from source (mvn clean install and mvn clean package -Pdist) - tests passed fine.
* Installed the software on single node machine with external Hbase and Solr
  ** Quick Start ran fine, UI was fine
  ** Hive hook worked fine, lineage, schema were OK, search was OK.
  ** Tag creation, association, disassociation, search works fine
  ** Entity audit was fine
  ** Messages were produced to ATLAS_ENTITIES as expected.
* Verified that LICENSE and NOTICE are present, year updated, 3party licenses folder exists
and listed in LICENSE

Based on above, I am +1 (binding)
