Since the server has not been stopped with =E2=80=9Catlas_stop.py=E2=80=9D = that kill the=20 process, and delete the =E2=80=9Catlas.pid=E2=80=9D file, the script =E2=80= =9Catlas_start.py=E2=80=9D will not start the server.
