It does assume the entire request body (not URI) is the query. This isn't
necessarily wrong, but it does mean that if you need to send any non-query
parameters such as mode=asynchronous or output=csv, you need to send them
as part of the URL and not in the request body.

Probably it should at least handle the case where the request's
content-type is listed as "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" and treat
that as key-value parameters...
